The lack of quality infrastructure is a major impediment to e-bike growth in US cities. This e-bike OEM wanted to activate its brand to advocate for more supportive e-bike policies but didn’t know where to start.

APPROACH

Brightside consultants developed a public affairs strategy that was a natural extension of the brand. We shaped a plan that allowed the company to combine policy advocacy with existing priorities.
